After a busy year for the Mutt Crew, what with moving across our wonderful second city, building one of the world’s best motorcycle stores and hang-out spaces (we are pretty damn proud of it) and welcoming even more riders into the Mutt family, we’re swapping the spanners for mince pies and mulled wine and having a well earned break for a few days over Christmas.

MUTT HQ BIRMINGHAM STORE

Mutt HQ Birmingham’s store will close for Christmas at 6 pm on Thursday the 23rd of December. It will remain closed until 10 am Tuesday the 4th of January 2022, when normal operating hours will resume.

In addition, the Mutt Birmingham store will operate reduced hours on the 10th of December; the store will be open from 10 am - 12 pm only. 

MUTT LONDON STORE

Mutt London will close for Christmas at 6 pm on Wednesday the 22nd of December. It will remain closed until 10 am Tuesday the 4th of January 2022, when normal operating hours will resume.

In addition, the London Store will be closed on the 10th of December. 

MUTTMOTORCYCLES.COM ONLINE STORE & LAST GUARANTEED PRE-CHRISTMAS POSTAGE DATES

The muttmotorcycles.com online store will remain available 24/7, so you can carry on shopping with us whenever, wherever you like.

To guarantee you receive any orders pre-Christmas, please make sure that you have placed and paid for your order before midday on the 16th of December. We will post out your items as normal after this date, but due to the extra demand on the postal system, we can’t promise you’ll get it before the fat-man visits.

Any orders placed between the 17th December - 4th Jan will incur a longer shipping time than normal. We won’t be able to guarantee any specific delivery date during this period but we will endeavour to get your goods out to you as soon as possible.

MUTT DEALER NETWORK

Each of our dealers will be operating their own festive opening hours. Please contact your local dealer directly for the full lowdown.

If your dealer is opening during our closure, Mutts will still be available for reservation from them. However, supply of parts for service and repairs from our warehouse will take a little longer than usual over the holiday period.

MUTT HQ WORKSHOP

Our workshop will be putting the spanners away from the 22nd of December until the 4th of January.  During this time, we will not be able to book any services or repairs. Scheduled bike collections and deliveries will not be affected. Any appointments or deliveries scheduled will happen as advised.

MUTT HQ OFFICE

Other than the retail store and workshop, main Mutt HQ will be closed from the 18th of December until the 4th of January.

This means it will take us a little longer to complete parts orders and bike registrations amongst other things. There will also be a longer response time to emails and direct messages than normal.

Bikes will still be available for purchase/reservation during the period the office is closed, with both stores being open up to the end of the 23rd December so you can still call or come in to chat to the retail crew - they’ll be more than happy to help and assist you with any questions you may have.

We hope all the members of our very far-reaching extended Mutt family have a brilliant Christmas and a happy New Year, and if you're not one for celebrating those things, we hope you at-least get some time for well-deserved rest.
