Shipping
UK Shipping
We offer free shipping on apparel/non-bike parts orders over £50. We charge a flat rate of £6.50 for shipping on all other apparel or non-bike parts orders. All orders are shipped using a 48-hour tracked service.
Shipping costs for parts is £8 for all orders. For orders that exceed a weight of 10kg, we will contact you about shipping costs by email.
We aim to pack and ship orders placed before 1 pm between Monday and Friday on the same day. After that, it will be the next working day. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Depending on the items ordered, some orders may take slightly longer to pack and ship.
International Orders
We do not ship online orders for any items – including bike parts - outside the mainland UK (sorry). However, if you can’t live without getting some of our Mutt goodness, send us details of what you want using our enquiry form, and we can always see what we can do.
Returns
Returning Unwanted Items
We get it. Sometimes, items aren’t quite right or aren’t what you expected. We will accept returns subject to the guidance below, providing items remain in their original condition. None of this affects your statutory rights.
If you want to send something back to us for a refund, if it is within 30 days of the original delivery date, we’re all good with that. We will refund you for the item using the original payment method.
Please do inform us of your wish to return your items in writing. You can do this by email at returns@muttmotorcycles.com for non-parts orders, or at parts@muttmotorcycles.com for parts, or by letter. We ask that you take reasonable care of the goods and do not use them. Please ensure to return items to us in their original packaging and a saleable condition within 14 days of informing us that you are sending stuff back.
We do not refund delivery costs for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, including bike parts. You are responsible for any return costs when sending unwanted or incorrectly ordered items back to us. Returned items are your responsibility until they get back to us, so make sure they’re properly packed and sealed so they don’t get damaged. As the condition of the goods remains your responsibility until they arrive with us, we strongly advise that you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage if you need to contact us about your return.
Once we get your items back, we will check them over. We inspect all items to ensure they are unworn or unused and are in the same condition you received them. Items should also include the original packaging and all tags and labels attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and may have to send it back to you. We will also ask you to cover the additional delivery costs If we must send it back. The same applies if you return items to us by mistake (it does happen).

In-Store Purchases
You can return unwanted or unsuitable items bought in our stores within 14 days of purchase for a refund. You will need to return them to us in the store you purchased them from, in their original packaging and a saleable condition. Please be reminded that we require proof of purchase to process any in-store returns. We will process refunds to the original payment method used (so make sure you have it with you).
Exceptions
We do have some exceptions that apply to our returns policy. We cannot provide refunds on the following: items made to your specification; made to measure goods; helmets; neck socks & face coverings; underwear; gift cards.
We will also not accept returns on parts that have been fitted and subsequently found to be incorrect for your bike model. If in any doubt about the suitability of a part for you bike, please contact us at parts@muttmotorcycles.com before purchase.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges for online orders or in-store purchases. Any items returned will be refunded based on our returns policy. If you need something different, the easiest way to do this is by returning the original items and then placing a new order or making a new purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
It is a fact of life that sometimes, things don’t go to plan. If you receive a faulty item from us, or if we send you the wrong thing, get in touch with us at returns@muttmotorcycles.com, or parts@muttmotorcycles.com for parts, and we will get everything sorted for you.
We do not accept returns on any items, including bike parts, damaged by normal wear and tear, accident, or misuse, or where we have described the specific fault before acceptance of the order. We inspect all returned items, and we do not refund items that we believe have developed a fault due to any of the above.
Bike Parts Warranty
All our bike parts come with a 30-day warranty. If a bike part purchased via our online store develops a fault, please let us know by email at parts@muttmotorcycles.com. The team will arrange with you to get the part returned. When the part arrives with us one of our team will inspect the item and assess the fault.
Once the part has been inspected, we can assess what needs to happen. If it is found to have a manufacturing fault and you purchased it less than 30 days ago, you will be entitled to a full refund. If it is over 30 days since you purchased the part, you will be offered a repair or replacement.
If the fault is assessed to be a non-manufacturing fault, then a chargeable repair may be offered. Please note that for some parts repairs may not be possible or practical. In this case, a replacement part may be provided at the current cost.
