Free Standard Delivery on Apparel Orders Between £50 - £99
All purchases made between £50 - £99 within mainland UK will be shipped on a Royal Mail 48 hour postage. Please note this is a working day service which does not include the weekends. Orders need to be placed before 2pm or your order will not be shipped until the next working day. Please note working days are Monday - Friday, any orders made after 2pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday
Free Next Day Delivery On Apparel Orders Over £100
All purchases made of £100 and over within the mainland UK be be shipped on a next day delivery service via Royal Mail 24 hour postage free of charge. Please note this is a working day service which does not include the weekends. Please order before 2pm or your order will not be shipped until the next working day. Please note that working days are Monday - Friday, any orders made after 2pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday
Standard Delivery on Apparel orders Under £50
All purchases made under £50 within mainland UK will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked 48 hour postage at the flat rate of £6.50. Please be aware this is a working day service which does not include the weekends. Please order before 2pm or your order will not be shipped until the next working day. Please note working days are Monday - Friday, any order made after 2pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday
NEXT DAY MAINLAND UK DELIVERY
We do offer a next working day delivery via Royal Mail 24 hours postage at a cost of £8. Please note that orders for next day mainland UK delivery should be made before 2pm. Any orders made after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. Next working day is Monday - Friday, Any orders made after 2pm Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
INTERNATIONAL APPAREL ORDERS
We are pretty sure we can ship to you, if you cannot see your country on our list mail us at email@example.com and we’ll see if we can make a plan together.
We ship European and Worldwide via a number of providers using a ‘by road’ service. This is a fully tracked and signed for service, below we’ve broken down how long by days it’ll take for your package to get to you. Please note this breakdown is a guide and may not be exact if you live in a rural area you may find your package takes a day longer to get to you and in some cases it may take less.
- 1-2 Day – Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
- 2-3 Days – Northern Ireland, France, Germany, Channel Islands - UK
- 3-4 Days – Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden
- 4-5 Days – Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Poland, Hungary
If you live or would like an apparel order shipped outside mainland UK and didn't see your country in the list, please give us a call on +44(0)121 439 4774 with details of any items you want, and we'll try to find the most cost effective delivery method for you. We accept returns within 30 days for in-store purchases and 14 days for online orders. If more than this time has passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
When returning your goods to the business please drop us an e-mail at email@example.com or call +44(0)121 439 4774 to let us know what it is you are returning and the reason for the return, for example the item does not fit and you require a different size. From there please post the item back to us at:

We suggest that when returning goods to the business you ship them via a track able / signed for method, as the business accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Also for speed of exchange / refund please include the original shipping document with a short note highlighting the reason of the return and a contact telephone number and email address should we need to speak to you about your return. Returned items without enclosed documentation will be delayed in processing and will slow down the service we offer to you.
Please note all goods must be returned to us in a sound re-sellable condition, with labels and packaging intact. All refunds will cover the ticket costs of the goods you return to us, postage from us to you. Postage from you to us will not be refunded. If we have made a mistake with your order please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue at once!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Mutt Motorcycles, 77 Upper Trinity, Digbeth, Birmingham, B9 4EG, GB. Alternatively you can bring it into the shop and we can assist you.
